Orders are processed and dispatched from the vendor once confirmed. Delivery times vary by vendor and location and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can request a return from My Account > Orders within the return window listed on your order. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return is approved.
