1. Definitions

• Platform — the Galleria website (galleria.qa), applications, and related services.
• Vendor — a third-party seller offering products for sale through the Platform.
• Customer / User — any person who accesses the Platform or places an order.
• Products — goods listed for sale by Vendors on the Platform.
• Order — a request submitted by a Customer to purchase one or more Products.

2. Nature of the Marketplace

Galleria operates as a multi-vendor marketplace that connects Customers with independent Vendors. Unless expressly stated, Galleria acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions and does not manufacture, own, or take title to Products sold by Vendors. The contract of sale for any Product is concluded between the Customer and the relevant Vendor. Galleria facilitates ordering, payment collection, and coordination of delivery and returns in accordance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.

3.2. You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. Galleria may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.

4. Orders & Acceptance

4.1. All Orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance.

4.2. An Order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. Galleria and/or the Vendor reserve the right to decline or cancel an Order — including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with a full refund of any amount charged.

4.3. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; slight variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1. All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5.2. Payment is accepted via the methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through secured payment gateways.

5.3. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Galleria and the Vendor are not obliged to fulfil the Order at the incorrect price and will notify you before proceeding.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. Delivery is available within the locations specified at checkout.

6.2. Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your Order.

6.3. Delivery time estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Galleria is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7.1. Return Window

Customers may request a return of eligible Products within 30 days of the delivery date.

7.2. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, Products must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
• In their original condition with all tags, labels, and protective packaging intact;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

7.3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

• Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons);
• Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items;
• Gift cards and promotional or clearance items expressly marked "final sale" or "non-returnable";
• Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.

7.4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. In such cases, Galleria will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any delivery charges — at no cost to you.

7.5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, contact us through the details in Section 17 or your account's order page, quoting your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a pickup or drop-off arrangement.

7.6. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the Order.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of the returned Product being received and inspected, or of an approved cancellation.
• The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7.7. Return Shipping Costs

• Where the return is due to a Galleria or Vendor error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping is free.
• Where the return is for change of mind or other customer-driven reasons, the return shipping cost may be borne by the Customer, and the original delivery fee (if any) may be non-refundable.

7.8. Order Cancellations

• You may request to cancel an Order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
• Once an Order has been shipped, it is subject to the return process above.
• Galleria and/or the Vendor may cancel an Order (with a full refund) in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7.9. Vendor-Specific Policies

As a multi-vendor marketplace, individual Vendors may apply additional return or refund conditions consistent with these Terms and applicable Qatari consumer protection law. Any stricter Vendor policy will not override your statutory rights.

8. Vendor Responsibilities & Product Accuracy

8.1. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of their Products, and compliance with applicable laws.

8.2. Galleria does not warrant the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any Vendor Product beyond what is required by applicable law, but will act in good faith to resolve legitimate complaints.

9. User Content & Reviews

9.1. You may submit reviews, ratings, or other content. You grant Galleria a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

9.2. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or offensive. Galleria may remove any content at its discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Galleria or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with the security or operation of the Platform; (d) use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; or (e) engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galleria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Galleria's total liability in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount paid for that Order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galleria, its officers, employees, and Vendors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data. Please review it on the Platform.

15. Amendments

Galleria may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
